Ready for #BEASTMODE hair growth? The CurlyProverbz x Belle Bar "Methi" (Fenugreek) Infused Oil is a game changer. Fenugreek is an ayurvedic herb found in South Asia with many health benefits, including strengthening properties for the hair!
Check out CurlyProverbz' technique for using massage paired with the oil to grow her hair long and strong.
What's In It
How She Uses It
As a hot oil treatment
Curly Proverbz uses the Fenugreek Oil paired with gentle massage techniques to increase blood flow to the scalp and stimulate the hair follicles, encouraging growth!
She starts by massaging the brow area to get that blood flow going. Then she massages the area between the brows in an upward motion with some added pressure, repeating the same thing on the temples.
Now for the scalp. Curly Proverbz starts massaging the scalp without the oil as a warm up. After a couple minutes she goes in with the oil, covering her entire scalp with it and massaging it in to make sure the scalp is able to absorb it.
She uses her entire hand during the massage process to make sure the scalp receives the most benefits as possible.
Next she focuses on pressure points, starting near the hair line and going all the way back, every four inches, down the center of the scalp. Imagine parting your hair down the middle to create two buns--that's where the pressure points are. Follow that part all the way down.
When finished, Curly Proverbz leaves her hair in a bun to let the benefits of the oil soak into the scalp. Now that's an awesome hot oil treatment, if you ask me!
During the week she uses this oil in a much smaller amount, massaging it in to the scalp every other day.
