Biggest Hair Issues: Heat damage from straightening and styling too much

I’ve had my fair share of acne breakouts through middle school and high school. With oily skin, I am very prone to having breakouts on my cheeks, T-zone and forehead since I sweat a lot, especially in those areas. Unfortunately, makeup doesn’t really help in these situations. This is why I use the Bollywood Face Mask, my absolute favorite! I use this face mask 1-2 times a week in order to remove any surface oil on the face and clear all skin impurities after a long day.

I'm currently doing a weekly IG stories series over at the Belle Bar Instagram where I test out Bollywood for one whole month! Follow us to keep up with my results, it's going pretty well so far!

Bollywood Ingredients:

charcoal: removes skin impurities
honey: soothes and heals skin
lavender: soothes damaged skin
red Moroccan: has extractive abilities that removes surface oil and unblock pores
coconut oil: kills germs and bacteria
neem oil: clears up pimples and removes bacteria
kelp: Anti-inflammatory
green tea: reduces the redness and inflammation from acne

How to use:

1. Before I do anything, I have to wash my face and make sure it is clean and fresh!
2. Then, I add 1 teaspoon of the mask powder into a bowl and mix it with 1 teaspoon of water.
3. I would mix it until the texture is a smooth, spreadable paste.
With application, I gently massage the mixture on my face so that it exfoliates my skin while avoiding the eye area.
4. I will leave the mask on for around 20 minutes before rinsing.
After rinsing, there will be a little residue left so I would wipe it off with a damp cotton pad soaked in cleansing water or oil. It also helps to rinse my face with face wash.
5. Next, I pour a small amount of Eden Balancing Skin Serum into the palm of my hand, rub them together and gently pat on my face.
Finally, I do a little dance because my skin feels reals nice :)

"I have oily acne prone skin and some acne scars. When I used this mask it left my skin silky smooth. Also I noticed that the mask helped to minimize the size of the pimples that I have and eventually making them go away. This facial mask is an amazing product that I would definitely be repurchasing."
