If you are contacting us to track your order, please keep in mind that our current processing and shipping times are 3-4 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way. If you haven’t received your tracking number after 4 weeks, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will help you find the status of your order.

If your tracking number says your order has been delivered by the postal service but you haven't received it, the quickest way to resolve the order is by reaching out the postal service first to find out more information, or file a claim with Route Shipping Insurance if you purchased it along with your order as soon as you can. If the postal service hasn't resolved the shipping issue, please then reach out to us with the information you have received from the postal service so we can open an inquiry.
