If you are contacting us to track your order, the fastest way to track your order is by entering your order number and email in the track order bar on our menu. It will let you know where your order is in the process. If your order says it has been delivered by the postal service but you haven't received it the quickest way to resolve the order is by reaching out the postal service first to find out more information. If the postal service hasn't resolved the shipping issue, please then reach out to us with the information you have received from the postal service so we can open an inquiry.
