HYDRATES, repairs, split ends, detangles,

Sun exposure, dying, bleaching, straightening, perming, and heat stress from curling irons and blow dryers can really damage your hair over time.
These processes dry out your hair, make it porous, brittle, dry, frizzy, dull and leave it prone to breakage and split ends. Even worse, those having fine hair are more likely to get their hair damaged. Hair damage can happen really quickly but takes a much longer to bounce back from. There are effective treatments to damaged hair but be prepared it is going to take time and patience. When it comes to hair damage it is better to have a good offence then a good defence.
For repairing hair damage we recommend...
1. Keep hair moisturized
2. Use moisturizing, restorazing hair masks weekly
3. Trim hair regularly, depending on level of hair damage a hair cut may be in order to prevent massive breakage
4. Let your hair air-dry
5. Use protection in your hair when you go swimming, add condition to your hair before you go in a pool
6. Do not shampoo your hair regularly, co washing is more moisturizing to your hair
7. Stay away from hot styling tools as much as possible
8. Do not brush wet hair
9. Stay away from hair color and chemicals while your hair is damaged
10. Treat hair from the inside out, practice eating healthy and take multi vitamins
