Week 1 & 3
  • STEP  1
    Onion & Garlic Thickening Ayurvedic Herb Hair Oil
    • Section your hair in 6

    • Warm 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil

    • Gently massage oil  into your scalp (wet or dry) for 3 minutes (if you have split ends saturate with oil) with fingertips or comb your hair thoroughly to get the oil evenly distributed

    • Wrap oiled hair in a shower cap or plastic bag for minimum 30 minutes or longer or leave  overnight

    • Rinse

    STEP 2

    Hibiscus & Black Soap Moisturizing Hair Cleanser

    • Wet one bar of the Hibiscus & Black Soap Moisturizing Hair Cleanser

    • Focus on cleansing the scalp first, rubbing in circular motions with the pads of your fingers (not the nails) and letting the motion of the water work the suds down the length of your hair

      • Avoid piling  the hair on top of your head while diligently rubbing cleanser into your ends

      STEP 3

      Henna/ Cassia Strengthening Hair Gloss

      • In a bowl Mix 1 tsp of Henna/ Cassia Hair mask with your conditioner (or use a fresh ingredient, such as aloe vera, avocado, banana etc…)

      • Apply liberally to freshly washed hair, cover with a shower cap for at least an hour, and then rinse thoroughly with cool water.

      • Leave on minimum 1 hour

      • Wash once or twice with conditioner after, to make sure all ingredients are out of your hair. 

      STEP 4

      Green Tea Length Strengthening Tea Rinse

      • Pour some boiling water over 1 tea bag and let it steep overnight or for a few hours.

      • Strain the liquid into a spray bottle

      • Mist hair from scalp to ends

      • Mist hair 2-3 times a week to refresh curls and strengthen hair ( apply an oil or butter after misting as tea alone can be drying)

      STEP 5

      Style As Usual

      • Apply leave-in conditioner   

      • Apply hair oil or butter

      • Style as desired

      Week 2 & 4

      Follow the same directions as weeks 1 & 3. The only difference is that you need to use a moisturizing deep conditioning hair mask instead of a strengthening hair mask for Week 2. Our suggestions are...
